At approximately 1,500 square feet, and with expansive 14-foot ceilings, Dungeon Servitus is a private, distinctive, skillfully equipped dungeon space in the center of downtown San Diego.

While we understand that the BDSM community scatters itself widely across the spectrum, we believe that those most likely to be interested in what Servitus offers will fall into some specific groups like, Lifestyle Players, Fetishists, BDSM Educators, Dominatrixes, Sadists, Pro Dom/mes, Artists, Performers, Femmes, Videographers, and so many more...

  • Appointments are available from 11AM until 7PM Monday - Friday.
  • Late Night sessions are available by special arrangement are available at a slightly higher donation rate.
  • A dressing area, restroom and shower is available before and after sessions.
  • The studio contains an extensive suite of custom-designed dungeon equipment.

Access to Dungeon Servitus


The safety of our members, a high level of discretion and convenient access are always paramount at Dungeon Servitus.

Dungeon Servitus is an easy walk from the renowned safety of the famed Gaslamp Quarter of Downtown San Diego and has the discretion of a private, side entrance.

Abundant public transportation (bus, trolley or taxi) is available within a block or two of the space.

Schedule a viewing


Servitus is a fabulous location waiting for you to come and play. To arrange a viewing of the space, simply email a letter of introduction. Tell us about yourself, your experience, and how you would like to use the space. A dungeon representative will answer your email within 3 days of your query.

Membership


Servitus operates as a membership-only lifestyle organization. Because of complex legal and regulatory issues, Servitus requires that anyone participating in events at Dungeon Servitus possess a current membership card.

A modest one time donation fee provides membership in Servitus.

Membership in Dungeon Servitus:

  • Provides advance notice and exclusive invitations to private play parties, events and appearances by special guests.
  • Requires that, when applying for membership, you will be required to prove you are of legal age.
